Platinum Leaf Facilities Inc.’s humble beginnings go back to 1992 in Delta, BC as a small family run business. Over the years the owner focused his efforts on a client-centred service approach and obtained significant success, becoming a boutique cleaning service within the industry. Clearly, this was a departure from the norm within cleaning industry, and clients warmed to the customized cleaning, and outstanding customer service.

First and foremost, Platinum Leaf listens. Every client and their requirements are different, each facility is different and Platinum Leaf has become very adept in creating powerful alliances with our clients to customize high-value solutions while best presenting their facilities to their staff and clients alike. We are a bonded, insured, family oriented and family-based company.

In regards to the various bonding and insurances, Platinum Leaf has NEVER had a claim of any kind, ever. We believe it is critical to have appropriate WSIB, bonding and liability insurances in place. We also believe it is equally important to select and train staff prudently to ensure these products are only needed in the rarest of circumstances. Our lack of claims is testimony to our training methods.

We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau in Greater Vancouver, BOMA and BCCCA. Platinum Leaf has cleaning crews exceeding 300, ranging in size from 1-20 people, servicing greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Toronto.
